Leonor was born in 1310 in Sevilla, prov. Sevilla, Andalucia, España , the daughter of Pedro Nuñez de Guzmán and Juana Ponce de León y Meneses.
She died in 1351 in Talavera de la Reina.
Her partner was Alfonso XI de Castilla y León, but they were never married. Their nine known children were Pedro (1330-1338), Enrique II (1334-1379), Fadrique Alfonso (1334-1358), Fernando Alfonso (1336->1342), Tello Alfonso (1337-1370), Juan (1341-1359), Sancho Alfónsez (1342-1374), Pedro (1345-1359) and Juana (?-?).
