Anne was born about 1453 in Tamworth castle, Staffordshire, England, the daughter of sir Thomas Ferrers and Ann Hastings.
She died in 1516 in Colton, Staffordshire, England.
Her husband was sir Thomas Gresley. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their seven known children were sir William (1479-?), John (1481-?), Elizabeth (c1483-?), Ellen (c1486-?), sir George (1494-1548), Robert (c1496-?) and James (c1498-?).
