She died in 1425 in Terregles, Kirkcudbright, Dumfriesshire, Scotland.
Her husband was Robert Herries. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were Marion (c1446-1470), Janet (c1400-1439) and Mary (c1390-?).
