He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Cnaejna Báthori de Ecsed. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were Mihail (?-?) and Vlad IV (?-?).
His second wife was Jusztina Szilágyi de Horogszeg, who he married in BET 1474 AND 1476. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Mihnea I (?-1510).
