Helen was born about 1325 in Strathearn, Perthshire, Scotland, the daughter of Malise IV of Strathearn and Joanna de Menteith.
She died after 1361. The place is not known.
Her husband was sir David de Graham. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were sir Patrick KB (c1340-1413), John (?-?) and Elizabeth (c1361-?).
