Helena was born in 1297 in Sverige, the daughter of Magnus Gregersson Folkungaättens oä gren and Ingegärd Filipsdotter Rumbyätten.
She died before 1346. The place is not known.
Her husband was Karl Orestason Färla. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Bengta Karlsdotter (1309-1376), Ingegärd Karlsdotter (?-?), Greger Karlsson (>1315->1358) and Johan Karlsson (?-1378).
