Alice was born about 1382 in Kinnoul castle, Perth, Perthshire, Scotland, the daughter of sir Thomas de la Haye and Elizabeth Stewart.
She died about 1451. The place is not known.
Her husband was sir William Hay. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Janet (c1392-?), Alice (c1397-?), Margaret Elizabeth (c1404->1484) and sir David (c1400-1478).
