Theda was born in 1432 in Oldersum, Moormerland, Landkreis Leer, Niedersachsen, Deutschland , the daughter of Uko von Oldersum and Heba von Dornum.
She died on 16 NOV 1494 in Greetsiel.
Her husband was Ulrich I van Oost-Friesland, who she married in 1453. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Hebe (1457-<1478), Gela (1458-1497), Enno I (1460-1491), Edzard I (1462-1528), Uko (1463-1507) and Almuth (1465-1522/23).
