Eleanor was born on 11 JUN 1426 in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire, England, the daughter of sir William de Moleyns and Margery Whalesborough.

She died on 10 MAR 1476 in Farleigh-Hungerford Castle, Somerset, England.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Robert Hungerford. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their five known children were Alice Eleonore (c1426-c1471), sir Thomas (c1444-1469), Frideswide (c1444-?), Leonard (c1446-?) and sir Walter (c1447-1516).

Her second husband was sir Oliver Manyngham, who she married in ABT MAR 1468/69. The place has not been found. They had no known children.
