Anna was born in 1537 in Schrattenthal, the daughter of Johann Zehuschitzky and Johanka Černohorská z Boskovic.
Her husband was Stefan von Eitzing. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Elisabeth (1581-1607).
