Elsabe was the daughter of Ove von Rantzau and Sophia Reventlow. The date and place of her birth have not been found.
Her husband was Dietrich Blome, who she married in 1570. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Anna (1572-1650), Margarethe (1573-1655) and Dorothea (1575-1643).
