Wyszesława was the daughter of Jarosław Ośmiomysław and Olga Yurievna Suzdalska. The date and place of her birth have not been found.

Her husband was Odon Mieszkowic, who she married in ABT 1184. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Władysław III (c1190-1239), Ryksa (c1191->1238) and Euphrosyne (<1194-1235).
