He died in 1118/19 in Skipwith, Yorkshire, England.
He had three marriages/partners. His first wife was Blanche de Rieux. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Nicolas I (c1100-1173).
His second wife is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. They had no known children.
His third wife was Emburga FitzBaldric, who he married in 1097 in Lazyby, Cumberland, England. Their four known children were Robert III (1098-1183), Osmond (?-c1192), Richard (?-?) and John (1118-?).
