Elisabetta was born in 1367 in Camerino, the daughter of Rodolfo II da Varano and Camilla Chiavelli di Fabriano.
She died in 1405. The place is not known.
Her husband was Malatesta IV Malatesta. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their seven known children were Galeazzo (1385-1461), Carlo II (c1390-1438), Taddea (?-1427), Pandolfo (1390-1441), Galeotto II (1398-1414), Paola Agnese (1393-1449) and Cleofe (?-1433).
