Thomas was born about 1320 in Swynnerton, Staffordshire, England, the son of sir Roger de Swynnerton and Maud de Haughton.
He died after 1357. The place is not known.
His wife was Maud de Holland, who he married in BEF 1342. The place has not been found. Their only known child was sir Robert (c1345-c1387).
