Cicely was born about 1292 in Alvanley, Runcorn, Cheshire, England, the daughter of sir John de Arderne and Margred verch Gruffydd.
She died in 1356. The place is not known.
Her husband was William de Wasteneys. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Elena (1318-1349).
