Elizabeth was born about 1330 in Blithfield, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, England, the daughter of Richard Blithfield but her mother is unknown.

She died about 1367. The place is not known.

Her husband was sir Ralph Bagot. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were sir William (<1354-1407), sir John (c1358-c1436), Margery (1358-?) and Maude (1363-?).
