Isabelle was born about 1263 in Warwickshire, England, the daughter of William de Beauchamp and Maud FitzJohn de Mandeville.
She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Patrick de Chaworth, who she married in BEF 1281. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Maud (1282->1322).
Her second husband was Hugh le Despenser. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were sir Hugh (c1286-1326) and Elizabeth (1297-<1370).
