Lora was born about 1285 in Skelton, Yorkshire, England, the daughter of sir William de Fauconberg but her mother is unknown.

She died in 1349. The place is not known.

Her husband was Herbert VI de St. Quintin. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was sir Herbert VII (1303-1347).
