Margaret was born about 1321 in Oxhall, Staffordshire, England, the daughter of Robert III de Holland and Maud la Zouche.

She died on 22 AUG 1349 in Wickwar, Chipping Sodbury, Gloucestershire, England.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was sir John Tempest. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Margaret (c1352-?).

Her second husband was John de la Warre. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were John (c1320-?), Catharine (1322-1352) and Roger (1326-1370).
