He died on 21 JUL 1403 in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England.
His wife was Sancha de Toledo de Ayála. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their eight known children were Walter (c1375-1382), sir Thomas (1378-1456), Constance (c1380-1432), Peter (c1384-?), Anne (c1386->1415), Sancha (?-?), James (1392-?) and sir John KG (<1399-?).
