He died about 1375 in Oundle, Northamptonshire, England.
He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Joan d'Oyly, who he married in ABT 1370. The place has not been found. Their five known children were sir Roger (c1369-<1400), John (c1370-1409), Margaret (c1373-c1350), Beatrix (?-1402) and Katherine (?-?).
His second wife was Beatrice de Hoo. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were Beatrice (c1355-c1390) and Richard (c1362-?).
