Agnes was the daughter of Gerhard II von Kyburg and Uda von Isenburg-Limburg. The date and place of her birth have not been found.

She died after 1373. The place is not known.

Her husband was Emich II von Daun-Oberstein, who she married on BEF 2 MAR 1357. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Philipp II (<1383-1432), Friedrich (?->1363) and Emich (?->1420).
