Personal and Family Information

Jean was born in 1414 in Béarne, the son of Gaston I (IV) de Foix and Marguerite d'Albret.

He died on 04 DEC 1485 in Béarne.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Margaret de la Pole, who he married in ABT 1447. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Gaston II (c1448-1500), Jean (?-<1525) and Marguerite (?-1536).

His second wife was Margaret Kerdeston. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Catherine (?-1510).
