Ralph was born about 1364 in Raby castle, Staindrop, Durham, England , the son of John III de Neville and Maud de Percy.

He died on 21 OCT 1425. The place is not known.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Margaret de Stafford. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. His second wife was Joan de Beaufort, who he married in 1396/97. The place has not been found.
