Margaret was born about 1444 in Scoulton Burdeleys, Norfolk, England, the daughter of sir Hugh Fenne but her mother is unknown.

She died on 28 SEP 1485. The place is not known.

Her husband was sir George Neville. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were sir George (1483->1535), sir Thomas (<1484-1542) and sir Edward (c1471-1538).
