Agnes was born about 1389 in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, the daughter of sir William VIII Gascoigne and Elizabeth de Mowbray.
She died in 1466 in Gowthorpe Hall Bishop Wilton, East Riding, Yorkshire, England.
Her husband was sir Robert Constable. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their nine known children were Elizabeth (c1417-?), Marmaduke (c1420-?), William (c1422-1485), sir Robert II (c1423-1488), Thomas (c1424-?), Richard (c1425-?), Jane (c1426-?), Margaret (c1428-?) and Eleanor (c1437-c1462).
