Apollónia was the daughter of János Rozgonyi de Rozgony and Orsolya Szilágyi de Horogszeg. The date and place of her birth have not been found.
Her husband was Benedek Csáki. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Anna (?-<1577).
