Agnes was born in 1430 in Huntingdonshire, England, the daughter of John de Seyton and Jane Bellers.

Her husband was sir William Fielding. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their seven known children were Elizabeth (1432-1507), Anna (1445-?), John (c1447-?), Edward (1452-?), sir Everard (1453-1515), Martin (c1455-?) and Martina (c1459-?).
