Margaret was born about 1468 in Beningbrough, Yorkshire, England, the daughter of sir Humphrey Bourchier and Elizabeth Tilney.

She died in 1551/52 in Leyton, Essex, England.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was sir Thomas Bryan, who she married in BEF 1490. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Elizabeth (?-1546), Margaret (?-c1527) and sir Francis (c1490-1550).

Her second husband was David Souche, who she married in ABT 1519. The place has not been found. They had no known children.
