Thomas was born in 1728 in Leatherhead, the son of Valentine Grimstead and Elizabeth Langley.
He died in 1780. The place is not known.
His wife was Eleanor Creswick. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Joseph Valentine (1757->1809).
