Thomas was born in 1761 in Fordington, the son of Thomas Salisbury and Mary Lister.
He died on 05 APR 1810 in Fordington.
His wife was Frances Webb, who he married on 7 SEP 1794 in Salisbury Cathedral. Their three known children were Sophia Frances (c1798-1882), Maria (c1800-1886) and Anne Caroline (c1805-1881).
