His wife was Elizabeth Bray. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their nine known children were Jane (1523-?), Edmund (1528-1599), John (1531-?), Francis (c1533-1559), Ralph (1537-?), Urian (1538-?), Anne (c1539-1575), Richard (1539-?) and Edward (?-1600).
