Stanislav was born about 1433 in Carwinden, the son of Heinrich VI zu Dohna and Magdalene von Krumnau.
He died in 1504 in Deutschendorf.
His wife was Ursula von Greysing. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Peter (1482/83-1553), Johann (?-c1510), Anselm (?-c1514) and Barbara (?-?).
