Isalda was the daughter of Heinrich I von Sponheim and Agnes von Heinsberg-Falkenburg. The date and place of her birth have not been found.
Her husband was Bruno III von Wied-Braunsberg-Isenburg, who she married in BEF MAY 1270. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Johann (1278->1327).
