Kunigunda was born on 05 SEP 1269 in Czechoslovakia, the daughter of Otakar II Přemysl and Kuniginda Rostislavna von Halicz.

She died on 27 NOV 1321 in Prague (Praha, Prag), Čechy .

Her husband was Bolesław II Piast, who she married in 1291. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Wacław (?-1336) and Eufrozyna (1292-1328/29).
