Konstantinos was born about 1261, the son of Michaél VIII Dukas Komnenos Palaiologos and Theodora Dukaina Batatzaina. The place is not known.

He died on 05 MAY 1306 in Constantinople (Κωνσταντινούπολις) .

His wife was Eirene Raulaina, who he married in 1291. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Ióannés Komnenos (1288/89-1327).
