Bengt was born about 1547, the son of Gabriel Kristiernsson Oxenstierna till Mörby och Steninge and Beata Eriksdotter Trolle. The place is not known.

He died on 12 APR 1591 in Stockholm, Stockholms län, Södermanland och Uppland, Sverige .

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Sigrid Gustavsdotter Tre Rosor, who he married on 25 OCT 1579. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Gustaf Bengtsson (1580-1600), Ingeborg Bengtsdotter (1581-1661), Christiern Bengtsson (1583-1584), Catharina Bengtsdotter (1584-1624) and Gabriel Bengtsson (1586-1656).

His second wife was Brita Knutsdotter Posse, who he married on 13 JUL 1589. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Sigrid Bengtsdotter (1590-1644) and Bengt Bengtsson (1591-1643).
