Her husband was Alfonso XIII, who she married in 1906 in Church of, San Jeronimo, Madrid, Spain. Their seven known children were Alphonso (1907-1938), James (1908-1975), Beatrice (1909-?), Maria Christina (1911-?), Don Jamie (?-?), Don Juan (1913-?) and Gonzalo (1914-1934).
