Raoul was born about 1050, the son of Raoul II Tesson and Albérède de Moulins. The place is not known.
He died in 1096 in Palestine.
His wife was Mathilde de Falaise. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Raoul IV (c1090-c1145).
