He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Marie Paquet dit Franclieu, who he married on 10 JAN 1668 in Québec (ville) QC . Their only known child was Charles-Marie (1675-1753).

His second wife was Louise Couture, who he married on 25 JUN 1686. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Joseph (1693-1755), Marie (1697-1745), Pierre (1703-?) and Marie-Anne (1703-?).
