He had three marriages/partners. His first wife was Suzanne Robert, who he married on 31 AUG 1819 in Détroit, Wayne Co. MI . Their three known children were Catherine (1820-?), Suzanne-Carmelique (1822-?) and Zoé (1824-1824).
His second wife was Marie-Désanges Drouillard, who he married on 19 JUN 1827 in Détroit, Wayne Co. MI . Their five known children were Louis Damase (1828-1900), Lucy (1830-?), Ezekiel (c1835-1918), Pierre (1839-1923) and Thomas (c1840-?).
His third wife was Julie Robidoux, who he married in AFT 1839. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Timothé (c1840-1920), Julie (c1843-?) and Adeline (c1845-?).
