Félix was the son of Étienne Beaudry and Julie Auclair. The date and place of his birth have not been found.
His wife was Josephte Pigeon, who he married on 28 JAN 1845 in Saint-Mathieu-de-Belœil, La Vallée-du-Richelieu, Montérégie QC . Their only known child was Demase (1848-1924).
