He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Catherine-Marie Loignon, who he married on 3 NOV 1682 in Sainte-Famille, Île d'Orléans QC . Their five known children were Marie (1684-?), Étienne (1686-?), Jean (1689-?), Agnès (1691-?) and Catherine (1696-1724).

His second wife was Jeanne Barette, who he married on 10 APR 1711. The place has not been found. They had no known children.
