His wife was Madeleine Sabourin, who he married on 21 MAY 1716 in Église Saint-Joachim, Pointe-Claire, Montréal QC . Their three known children were Joseph-Mathieu (?-?), Josette (1726-?) and Jean-Baptiste (1720-?).
