Élisabeth was the daughter of Philippe Charbonneau and Marie-Charlotte Forget dit Despatis. The date and place of her birth have not been found.

Her husband was Augustin Hubou-Hubout dit Des Longchamps, who she married on 15 FEB 1768 in Lachenaie (Lachenaye, now in Terrebonne), Les Moulins, Lanaudière QC . They had no known children.
