He died before 1820. The place is not known.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Cécile Tremblay, who he married on 16 JAN 1742 in Les Éboulements, cté Charlevoix QC . Their only known child was Ursule-Sofie-Victoire (?-?).

His second wife was Victoire-Desanges Lavoie, who he married on 3 NOV 1763 in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, Charlevoix QC . They had no known children.
