Zvenislava was the daughter of Vsevolod II Olgovich and Maria Mstislavna. The date and place of her birth have not been found.
She died about 1155. The place is not known.
Her husband was Bolesław I von Schlesien, who she married in 1142. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Jarosław (>1143-1201) and Olga (c1155-<1180).
