I was having difficulty finding a new place after Fernwood Park. My mother stayed with me a few days and we found a unit a few blocks East. This was a large multiple dwelling owned by Lia Overs, ex-wife of Ian Overs, founder of the Pizza-Pizza chain. Being just a few doors from the Lake was a big bonus. Morgan was already used to walking along the boardwalk with me so we spent much time there.

I was unable to find a place nice enough and cheap enough at the Beach. Mark Richardson, a colleague in my department, brought me to his place and I took an apartment in the next building, 555 Sherbourne.
