His wife was Elizabeth Luke. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their eight known children were John (c1549->1595), Nicholas (c1551-?), George (c1553-?), William (c1555-?), Rose (c1557-?), Margery (c1559-?), Judith (c1561-?) and Frances (c1563-?).
